官僚制について、歴史からその性格まで、網羅した基本文献です。短いので、すぐに読めると思います。ただ、淡々と書かれているので、あまり面白くはありません。
「官僚制のユートピア テクノロジー、構造的愚かさ、リベラリズムの鉄則（デヴィット・グレーバー）」を読んだので、ついでに読んだのですが、「官僚制のユートピア」を是非読んでください。ずっと面白くて、役に立ちます。

This is a basic document that covers the history and character of bureaucracy. It's short, so I think it's easy to read. However, since it is written plainly, it is not so interesting.
"A bureaucratic utopia technology, structural stupidity, and iron rules of liberalism (David Glover)”, so I read along with it, but please read “bureaucratic utopia”. It's been much more interesting and helpful.
