芸術（アート）はエロスより高等だ、なんて本当に思っている人がいるのでしょうか。
ヌードを見ることが当り前の環境ではどうでしょうか。AVのスタッフなんかは。それよりも何も出演している女優や男優は？一人でいるときの自分の裸はどうでしょう。たぶん、自分の体がエッチに感じられるかどうかは人によって違うと思います。そして、同じ人でも状況によって違うかと。お腹が満杯のときは食欲を感じません（過食症という病気はあります）。
愛する人、あるいは自分の子供の「うんこ」は汚いですか。ある人にとっては「汚い」し、ある人にとっては「汚くない」のではないでしょうか。そして、いつでもそうだ、というわけじゃないと思います。
少なくとも、「自分の子供のうんこは汚くないものだ」という先入観をもつと、そうじゃない（情況の）人には「つらい」ことだと思います。

Is the "poop" of your loved one or your child dirty? Isn't it "dirty" for some and "not dirty" for others? And I don't think it's always the case.
At least, if you have the prejudice that "your child's poop is not dirty", I think it's "hard" for those who don't.
