Trumpが負けを認めない限り、長引きそうですね。
アメリカ財界も、あまり長期の空白は認めないでしょう。
どちらも悪い顔をしている印象を受けます。人間は顔ではありませんが。（オバマはいい顔をしていると思いますが、やったことは共和党と基本路線が一緒なことはフレッド・ピーボディ監督の映画でも明らかです。）
日本は「二大政党制」に失敗しましたが、今の形もうまく資本主義を維持しています。
議会制民主主義（「民主主義」ではありません。）の国では政権交代が、そうでない国はクーデターが、民意を反映する政治形態なのかもしれません。
米、パリ協定から正式離脱
まあ、パフォーマンスの部分が大きいのでしょうが、離脱しないで何もしないという選択肢はなかったのでしょうか。日本のように。(^_^;)
というか、日本やヨーロッパの国はそれを経済の活力にしています（もちろん、膨大な税金が投入されますが、「地球環境のため」と言えば大抵の左翼も納得します。壊した張本人に直せるはずがありません。原子力政策に対する批判の弱点はそこにあります。「科学批判」に踏み込むことはご法度ですから。）。アメリカ経済はそれもできないほどに疲弊しているのでしょうか。
勉強不足でわからないのは、各国の削減目標です。自国内の向上等の排出量をいっているのか、自国資本の排出量をいっているのかです。ボトムアップはいいのですが、欧米・日本の大資本はすでに自国に生産基盤を持っていませんし、中小企業はそんな資本投入の余裕はないと思います。そこで行われるのは「省エネ」です。「省エネ」は企業の利潤率を上げると同時に、基本生活費の低下＝賃金の削減を目指します。そのために捨てられる資源も膨大です。まだ使えるテレビや電球・蛍光灯をデジタルやLEDに替える。元の機械は「ゴミ」になります。それにどれだけの電気が投下されたことか。それでも取り替えることのできる人はいい。使えるものを捨てることができるのは裕福な人です（心は貧しいかも）。貧富の差がますます広がっていきます。
家電メーカーが寿命の短い電球や蛍光灯を「わざと」作っていたというのは有名な話です。今でも同じようなことは行われているに違いありません。パソコンやスマホはどうなのでしょうか。落としても、水に濡れて（落ちても）も大丈夫なように宣伝していますし、そうなんでしょうが、スマホで一番早くダメになるのはバッテリーですよね。でも、蓄電池の開発はとても遅れています。なのに、どんどん高機能にするものだからバッテリーがイカれます。パソコンも機械そのものは長持ちしますが（昔の製品は本当に長持ちします）、OSに始まるソフトが高機能になるにつれてCPUや記憶装置の機能がダメになります。
（初めて買った記憶装置、フロッピーディスクドライブは160Mでした。今はフロッピーそのものがない。世界中のフロッピーに保存されていた膨大なデータはどうなったんでしょうね。家にはまだバックアップの取っていないフロッピーディスクが何百枚もあります。自然劣化でもう読めないと思います。それに比べ現在数十テラのハードディスクがありますが、そのバックアップは取れないし、そのデータが消えるのはいつも突然で一瞬です。）
そして、何より強いのは外的圧力です。極端な例は法律による破壊です。テレビのデジタル化はその最たるものです。アナログ放送が無くなってしまったのです。アナログテレビ受信機は使えなくなりました。みんながデジタルテレビに買い替えたのですが、ほとんどのアナログテレビがまだ使えるままに捨てられたのではないでしょうか。今、NHKを中心に4K/8Kの推進が始まっています。たしかに綺麗です（NHK放送局で見ました。）。ですが、家庭で観るためには今より大きなテレビでなければ意味がありませんし、必要だとも思いません。4k/8Kの宣伝をしていますが、今のテレビで観てもきれいに映るはずはないのです。デジタル化の時に「ほれ、こんなにきれいになるんですよ」とアナログ放送で宣伝していたことを思い出しました。テレビ受像機のCMで「黒がこんなに綺麗」とかやってましたが、（今家にある）そうじゃないテレビでわかるはずがありあせん（笑）。最近TVのコマーシャルを見ない気がします。
４G/5G/6Gの強制によって既存のスマホ（携帯電話）は使えなくなります。3Gのガラケーなんか使えなくなりますよね。買う時にそんなこと言ってた？あの顕微鏡で見なければならない約款に書いてあった？無料で5G/6G対応の携帯に交換してくれる？元のケータイはゴミになるの？
環境が大切と思っている消費者、怒りましょうよ。
