人口比率から言えば、やっぱり「東京出身」が多いんでしょうね。
今、世界卓球をやっています。「打倒中国」が実現したらすごいですよね。1億人に一人の卓球の天才がいるとして、日本は1人、中国は「14人」の天才が生まれることになります。それでいうと、インドも14人ということになりますが、そこは卓球の人気やスポーツ自体に対する考え方も影響しているでしょう。世界人口は78億人と言われていますから（これは怪しいです）、世界では７８人の「卓球の天才」がいることになります。
７８人のうちで誰が「トップ」になるのか。とても楽しみです。ただ、「一番、二番・・・」と「順位」をつける文化はそれほど多くないと思います。

That means that there are 14 people in India, but that may be influenced by the popularity of table tennis and the way of thinking about the sport itself. The world population is said to be 7.8 billion (this is suspicious), so there are 78 "table tennis geniuses" in the world.
Who will be the "top" of the 78? I'm really looking forward to it. However, I don't think there are many cultures that give "first, second ..." and "ranking".
