Recently I became fat and worried about diabetes, so I read it.
Since carbohydrate diet is to lose weight, I practiced it for 2.3 days.
I understand the theory of carbohydrate diet.
Until the beginning of farming, carbohydrates were rare in human history. After carbohydrates were digested and absorbed, they were turned into fat by insulin, providing the only safety net in case of starvation.
The current dietary habits, where cereals have become a staple food and desserts, are causing lifestyle-related diseases. The natural human body is compatible with a carbohydrate-restricted diet.
However, when we come up with a new theory, we always get the opposite opinion. It is the theory that "a carbohydrate diet is bad for the body." Both give some reason, but the reader has to decide which is right.
If you write "I do not need a doctor (treatment)" or "I do not need any medicine", some people will get money from a pharmaceutical company and write a book of dissent.
Over time there will be some suspicious folk remedies and spiritual books. At the end, there will be sweeteners that are not sugar for sugar diet and supplements for sugar diet.
Information becomes excessive, floods and masks the original theory.
I don't know if a carbohydrate diet is good or bad. Nevertheless, I will continue for a while. I read two other books by Koji Ebe this time.
