近藤誠さん始め、今の医学界と製薬会社に対する批判は多くなっているように思える。もちろん、「〇〇で、がんが消えた」流のトンデモ本も雨後の筍のように出ているが。
内海聡は1974年生まれだから、まだ若い。若いが故に、好きなことを好きな様式で描けるのだろう。先に「歴史の真相と、大麻の正体」を読んでしまったので、彼の書くことを全面的に信用する気に離れない。「歴史の・・・」よりは出典がはっきりしているが、それでもまだ学術書と言えるほど（つまり信用できるほど）の出典の明記はない。まあ、本人には「学術書」にしようという意図はないかもしれないが。
彼は、本人が言うように「キチガイ」かもしれない。しかし、真面目なキチガイだ。自分が間違っていれば、ちゃんと訂正できる真面目さはあると思う。
製薬会社と支配層との癒着は、明らかな事実である。化学物質を飲まなくても、人間には治癒力がある。そして本来は、集団として、共同体としてお互いを助け合う力があった。共同体が解体したあと、個人はぐわいが悪ければ医者に行くという選択肢が有力となる。しかし、彼が言うように、年を取れば足腰は痛くなるし、失恋すれば落ち込む。それを当たり前のこととして受け入れる勇気が必要なのだ。
ただし、自分が貧しいのは自分のせいでも当たり前でもない。社会の問題が精神疾患には必ずついてくる（親子の関係も含めて）。その社会を変えない限り、製薬会社の餌食となる人は減らない。
虚無主義の著者に言ってもしょうがないかもしれないが、虚無主義と無政府主義と共産主義は根底でつながっている。方法さえ見つかれば世界は変わるのだ。問題は方法・過程であり、結果ではない。試行錯誤が新しい意識、新しい社会を作っていくのだ。
