「マイクロバイオーム」の基礎的な歴史と概念を抗生物質を主軸にして書いた本です。
製薬会社に遠慮してか、「抗生物質には意味があるがその使い方に問題がある。」という論調の文章が何回か出てきます。家畜の成長剤として使うのは論外として（早く禁止してくれー）救急救命時に使用しても、それでその人の自己回復力がなくなっていたら意味がない。抗生物質が「マイクロバイオーム」を破壊する可能性も確実にあるです。
抗生物質が画期的なのは、人類が初めて対症療法から、直接細菌を攻撃するようになったことです。今でも医療行為の殆どは対症療法です。だから病気は治りません。ずっと治療をし続けて医者と製薬会社を儲けさせるだけです。治ることがあるのは人間の自己回復力のせいです。その自己回復力に大きく関係しているのが「マイクロバイオーム」です。それを薬品全般が壊します。
こういう学説が盛んになることで、一つ心配事があります。「金持ちと貧乏人は共生関係にあるのだ」「支配者と被支配者は共生関係にあるのだ」とかのダーウィニズムが受けたと同じ論理のすり替えです。金持ちとか支配者が人間で、貧乏人や被支配者が細菌？「トリクルダウン理論」はその一形態でしょう。いくら言い訳をしてもだめです。彼らは寄生虫であって、それも共生関係にないだけでなく、地球そのものを人間を含む生物が住めないように作り変えています。
彼らを地球から追い出すのが手っ取り早い解決法ですが、行き場所がありませんからね。宿主がいなくなれば、彼らは死んでしまうのです。やはり社会関係（社会制度）を変えて、彼らのような人間を作り出せないようにしなければなりません。それが最良、最速、必然、緊急の救急救命措置です。
人類は、過去何度も細菌やウィルスの大流行にあってきました。今回のコロナ禍もその一つです。どなたか、過去の経験をまとめ、コロナに対する正しい対処法を提言していただけないでしょうか。

It is out of the question to use it as a growth agent for livestock (prohibit it early) even if it is used for emergency lifesaving, it is meaningless if the person's self-healing power is lost. There is certainly the possibility that antibiotics will destroy the "microbiome".
The breakthrough in antibiotics is that for the first time, humans began to attack bacteria directly from symptomatic treatment. Even today, most medical procedures are symptomatic. Therefore, the disease cannot be cured. It just keeps treating and makes money for doctors and pharmaceutical companies. It is because of human self-healing that heals. The "microbiome" is greatly related to its self-healing power. All chemicals destroy it.
There is one thing to worry about when such a theory becomes popular. It is the same logic substitution that Darwinism received, such as "the rich and the poor have a symbiotic relationship" and "the ruler and the controlled person have a symbiotic relationship". Rich or ruler is human, poor or ruled person is germ? "Trickle down theory" is one form. You can't make excuses. Not only are they parasites, which are not symbiotic, but they also reshape the Earth itself so that organisms, including humans, cannot live there.
Removing them from the earth is the quickest solution, but there is no place to go. If the host is gone, they die. After all, we must change social relations (social institutions) so that we cannot create people like them. That is the best, fastest, unavoidable, urgent emergency life support.
