懐かしい内容である。時代の進行は速い。いまでも、このような研究を行っているところがあるだろう。しかし、資本主義の中では、AIの方向は商業主義の流れでいい意味でも悪い意味でも変わってしまった。
いまの、高性能のパソコンでは当時の構想の多くのことが可能であろう（OSがWindowsで無くなればもっと多くのことが可能であったが。）
未だに、わたしは２０年前の夢を捨てていない。CPUの高速化と、大容量の記憶装置が手に入る。後は、わたしのやる気である。２０年前のあのエネルギーさえあれば。

It is a nostalgic content. The progress of the times is fast. Even now, there will be places where such research is being conducted. However, in capitalism, the direction of AI has changed in both good and bad ways in the flow of commercialism.
Today's high-performance personal computers will be able to do many of the ideas of the time (although more could be done if the OS was no longer Windows).
Still, I haven't abandoned my dream 20 years ago. You can get a high-speed CPU and a large-capacity storage device. The rest is my motivation. All you need is that energy 20 years ago.
