「ポケットモンスター」の本である。ポケモンの世界を現代の自然ととらえ、そこに「対象ａ」を見つけだす子供たちという話である。さらに、ポケモンの交換に贈与の原理を見いだす。
その論理はうまくできていておもしろいが、ポケモンの中にしか自然を見いだせない現実の社会を肯定的にとらえすぎているように思える。
人は環境を造り替え、人工化して生きてきた。その現実は否定できない。しかし、長い間、人間は自然と共存（共生）する道を進んでいたのだ。中沢の視点もそこにあったのではないのか。中沢は「資本主義」という言葉に到達しないが、そこに至る道筋で、人間が失ったものをたどっていたのではないか。
ポケモンと自然との共通点を挙げるのはいい。人が人工物の中でなぜ生きていけるのかを示すことになるから。しかし、問題はポケモンと自然との違いを明らかにすることではないだろうか。

This is a book about "Pokemon". It is a story of children who see the world of Pokemon as modern nature and find "object a" there. In addition, we find the principle of gifting in the exchange of Pokemon.
The logic is well-made and interesting, but it seems to be too positive about the real world where nature can only be found in Pokemon.
People have rebuilt the environment and have lived artificially. The reality cannot be denied. However, for a long time, human beings have been on the path of coexistence with nature. I think Nakazawa's point of view was also there. Nakazawa did not reach the word "capitalism", but he may have followed what humans lost on the way to it.
It is good to mention the commonalities between Pokemon and nature. It will show why people can live in man-made objects. However, the problem may be to clarify the difference between Pokemon and nature.
