犯罪を未然に防ぐこと。それは大切なことかもしれません。ただ、方法を間違うととんでもないことになります。まず、犯罪は行為することによって成立するものなので、考えているだけで処罰するのは人権侵害です。ところが、安倍政権は「秘密保護法/盗聴法/共謀罪/マイナンバー/監視カメラ」で国民を監視し、国民の人権を侵害しています。
この作品は極めて微妙です。「未犯システム」は架空のものではなくて、現実に存在します。わたしたちの行動の一部始終が「ビッグデータ」として政府の手の中にあり、常にわたしたちは監視されています。この作品では、犯罪を計画したところを捕まえることはありません。犯罪が起こる場所に行って犯罪が行われる瞬間に逮捕します。際どいですね。
面白いので、観ていましたがその際どさを視聴者が当たり前だと思うようになってしまっては、政府のプロパガンダ番組になってしまいます。
犯罪の防止は、監視によるものではなく、犯罪が起こる原因、あるいは環境を取り除いていくしかないのです。個人の尊厳と地域社会の再生、最終的には貨幣を廃止することによって殆どの犯罪は防げます。
